Rally House expands into a new state
After recently hitting a store count milestone, Rally House has expanded into a new area of the country.
The sports merchandise and gifts retailer opened its first Colorado store in the town of Castle Rock, located south of Denver, on June 7. The expansion marks the 20th state Rally House operates in, and comes after the chain reached 200 stores nationwide. Rally House opened more than 100 of its 200 stores in a two-year span.
Visitors to Rally House Outlets at Castle Rock can find licensed team gear from hometown teams such as the Denver Broncos, Denver Nuggets, Colorado Rockies, Colorado Avalanche, University of Colorado Buffaloes, Colorado State Rams, and more. The store will also carry well-known brand names such as Nike, Tommy Bahama, Wear by Erin Andrews, '47, Antigua and others.
"It's always a celebratory occasion when we open a new location, but when we open a new store in a new market, it's even more special,” said Aaron Johnson, VP of marketing strategy at Rally House. “Colorado is full of passionate sports fans, and we are so excited to be a part of the local community. We can't wait for fans to experience the amazing selection of local teams and gift merchandise we carry."
Rally House began its 2024 expansion with the opening of a store at Montgomery Plaza in Fort Worth, Tex. Other new locations include Gateway Mall, Lincoln, Neb.; Spring Meadows, Ohio; Marketplace at Four Corners, Chagrin Falls, Ohio; Pleasant Run Towne Crossing, Cedar Hill, Tex., and Gloucester Premium Outlets, Blackwood, N.J. Rally House recently said it planned to continue opening new stores throughout the year in existing markets, along with new major markets like Houston, Milwaukee and Minneapolis.
Headquartered in Lenexa, Kas., Rally House specializes in apparel, hats, gifts and home decor representing local NCAA, NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL and MLS teams as well as locally-inspired items.
