The purchase price of the transaction was not disclosed.The deal comes after reports earlier this month that Mod Pizza was preparing a potential bankruptcy filing. The company, once considered one of the industry’s fastest-growing fast-casual brands, had more 540 locations across 29 states and Canada as of January.
